So did not have to try to hard to get the refund... At least they are not a company that tries to wiggle out of their situations. I do give them that... It just kills me how successful companies are making any kind of profit even at the huge margins they may run. Look at Vortex optics... Made itself famous with the no questions asked lifetime warranty and the joke in the industry is that Vortex has the best warranty and you can bet you are gonna need it. So back to Oakley... if they refund every single pair in the black box then that adds up... you do that over and over again and a company is supposed to fail yet they just keep getting richer... Sorry... I am on a soapbox today
