It's been a while but I used to use a similar setup. Between 15-20 psi was perfect for me. Many variables here. Are you thinning the paint ?Meh…my 1/5 HP power Paasche Compressor is topping out 40 PSI. Seems I need more POWER

I misunderstood. Definetly need more power....or patience !!This is not about painting Brother…but “stripping” paint. I am not a fan of caustic chemicals. So was hoping to more efficiently strip paint via sandblaster. I understand it’s possible but I think I need more power.
Reporting Officer Comment: to paint with Cerakote H (heat cured) it’s necessary to sandblast the part prior to painting. That’s also why I got the tool. Going to mess up a couple 40.00 Turbines after I get one more tool. A toaster oven with a 120 minute timer
For airbrush painting this ole Passche 1/5 HP is just fine.
