You're going to have to slightly tweek the orbital's open where the arm will meet. Otherwise you're just jamming the gaskets in there.

I have done that last week with a Polished Juliet.

Hairspray is the trick.
Spray a fair amount of Hairspray onto one side of the ear stem.
It has to be a small puddle.
Align the 2 washers to the hole with a tooth.
Let it dry.
Do the same to the other side and let it dry.
Hairspray drys within minutes.
The two washer on each side will not move.
Spread the frame a little.
Slide the stem in and drop the screw.
Take out your spredder.
Tighten the screw.
Done.
Wash of the Hairspray of with hot water.
Works on the first try.
You can all thank me later.

Here is easy way to insert tample gasket
2 : 2
Tools i use :
T6 torch, 1 screwdriver size 1.6mm (-) minus, small screwdriver or you can use toothpick.
1. Put 2 gasket inside orbital area (bottom area)
2. Put 2 gasket on frame upper area
3. Put screwdriver 1.6mm inside small gap near inside termpershock then twist so you made gape more wider
4. Put arms inside then use toothpick to arrange gasket in the center
5. Then thigh with t6.
6. All you need within 1 minute. For me 30 second enough
