Hi Oakley true believers. I have worn Oakleys for oh 15 years or so. Possibly longer. So I was liking the prizm maritime lens and dug a pair of XX metals out of a cubbyhole. The nose bridge was tight. I has @ChrisAHardaway cut me a set of prizm maritime to fit my XX. I got the lenses yesterday and tried to install them in my XX. First lens was a piece of cake. 2nd lens was.....not happening. By the time I gave up...nose bridge was not tight. So they will be off to X-man so he can work his magic. I gave up on the second lens because I did not want to inflict more damage on those beautiful frames. yeah, I'm that guy.

Welcome to the forum! The issue with the second lens not fitting may be due to the casting molds. I have this issue with a pair of Juliets. I told @Chris A Hardaway of my issue and he helped fix it by trimming the lens smaller. Im sure he can do the same for you.

Jeeeez, you ruined the flex coupler by trying to fit a lens into an orbital ??

I'd give anything for a huge box of nose Bridges. If I had to fix those for him I would have to go out and find a pair of beater frames.and beater frames don't come easy these days.

Perhaps I did not make myself clear. I could not remove the screw from the orbital.
