What Are You Driving ?

Yup, FBO + inlets, running E85; Cobb FTW :D It's got a bit of suspension/brake work done to it too.
nice....

I remember back in 2010 I drove to the Cobb Facility in Austin to get the Cobb Tune installed and dyno'd...

I drove up to the shop with the JB on Map 1..

(1) they dyno'd it with the JB Map 1
(2) then they uninstalled it and dyno'd the car in stock form (with DCI's and 5" ETS)
(3) lastly, they installed the Cobb and dyno'd it again

stock: 260hp/299tq
Juice Box: 309/348
Cobb AP: 327/389

not bad picking up 67hp and 90tq over stock with a handheld tuner.....

launching in second gear was that car's best kept secret......

graphs below show the Cobb curves and the JB curves :)

Always liked the BMWs, and now that they are shifting toward forced induction, even more so. It was a hard decision between a newer M5/550i or the CTS-V I picked up, but I do all my own mods... heads/cam/whatever. Just something about doing it to a BMW makes me a little nervous, and I know I wouldn't be content with just bolt ons and tune.

Maybe one day...

2004 Mitsubishi Evo RS. A few bolt ons, makes 305ho to the wheels. Have more goodies in the basement waiting to be installed but I was distracted by my new Oakley collection! Not bad on gas, 24 highway/ 19 city when I'm behaving.View attachment 179148
ooohhhh, my arch nemesis from a decade ago HAHAHA !!!

I remember SRT4's vs STi's vs EVO's.....fun days......

I've had (3) SRT4's and one STi - I know exactly what these cars are capable of :)

Litos, you have good taste! Love all those cars, just happened to be a big mitsu fan. Started with a 2g gsx and went from there. Had 5 galant vr4's, a bunch of 1g and 2g's, built an awd spyder. My brother in law used to have a nice stage 2 srt4 and an sti. Very fun cars.

i really wanted an EVOX, but the seats were some of the most uncomfortable seats I ever sat in...I think it was 2010 when I sat in one...

I still think the idea of having a 320-330awhp EVOX with a 6-speed auto would be dreamy...

I just loved how big the stock EVO9's turbos were - they made really nice power...

from a dig, STi's and EVO's are unstoppable, but from a 40 roll, the SRT4's were always a favorite...

I liked the styling of the Evo X but not the engine and the trannys aren't known to hold up well. And completely agree about the seats!! And your dig and roll opinion is dead on as well.
