I’m usually a last second bidder but it went for more than I was willing to bid. Always expected it to go for a lot though.
Yeah many buyers are now using snipping software happens all the time on everything I use Bidnip or there are other 3rd party services that you pay a fee per snipe to setup the bid in advance through that service and it will literally hit the item with a bid with 3 seconds left in the auction
No last minute worries about down Wi-fi Or slow internet etc Although you do piss off people quick that thought they had the auction won
I used to get sniped last minute all the time and was always like what the hell is going on here how does someone always get a bid in with a second or two to go
A buddy introdced me to these auction snipers after that

You can also write a script that will do that for you. No fee needed.
