What Really Grinds Your Gears?

This damn guy grinds the **** out of my gears! He bought the glasses on Sunday night for half of retail and a decent amount less than what i payed for them and early Tuesday morning he messages me about when I am going to ship them, which I had planned to ship them that day. Then he messages this to me today.

What a dillhole! If this is your eBay page then screw off!
Here's a picture that shows how slightly off they really are.

I recently had a bad deal selling oaks on ebay. Buyer claimed my Offshoots were "stretched out" and demanded a partial refund as compensation. I fought back hard enough because I knew they were mint, offshoots are just big, and he eventually gave up. It's a shame but eBay/PayPal's resolution process really puts power in the hands of buyers to be able to make false claims like this for small things that could be considered a judgment call.

Did you sell them as used?

Also, there's no discount table.
They were brand new. I never even tried them on. They came to me like that.

The picture I added at the end was in the listing so I am just going to tell him that you can see it in the pictures so I'm not going to do anything for him.

He also sent me 2 pictures that went with his claims and he is holding them at a skewed angle so it really warps the prospective of the glasses making it look like they are off by a little bit

I'm gonna go Bizzaro-world for just this post and post the opposite of what really grinds my gears:

Ebay sellers with genuine products (Oakley or otherwise) who have no idea what they're actually selling or what it's actually worth and give a crap description that doesn't turn up in common search strings for that item...

...And list with a $0.99 no-reserve starting bid and comment that "buy-it-now" is against their philosophy or something like that... :newrussian:

The world needs more of that sort of people. As long as the only thing they do in their daily lives is stay at home and sell on ebay...

Pluralising Oakley or Juliet with an apostrophe. They don't belong to Oakley or Juliet, they are yours!

I just dealt with him specifically on a purchase. He was the seller and I was the buyer. He said the pair had a scratch in the finish, when they arrived they were cracked, not scratched. We ended up working it out with a partial refund for the usable parts that were left. Im looking at your pictures and I dont see a problem myself.
