What Was Your First Pair, Or What Got You Hooked On Oakley

I'm ashamed to say it was the Oil Rig. At least they aren't white ones... but yeah, black with the silver ghost text. Everyone around here has them now. So I try to find pairs that are harder to come by these days. So far I haven't seen a pair of Clementine Dispatches around town. Safe to say I'm the only one who has a pair (small town...).

dark green see thru fives with a fire lens back in 94-95 not sure exactly. Next pair were half jackets, not sure where those are either, I wish I would have kept them.

My first and still my favorite color: Neon Yellow Razor Blades with Orange Iridium acquired in 1990 from Valley Ski & Bike in La Crosse, WI. Yes I know those are blade ear stems... I went through about 8 or 10 Razor Blade stems... have those in a box with many old pairs as well.

My first pair was the M frame sweep BI. I loved watching mlb and saw so many pairs of M frames that I had to have some for my high school season. Still my favorite pair of oakleys. I love the M frame!

The Oil Rig drew me in as well. There were the only model that remotely fitted me at the time... Other models were too bland or too small. I still have it because I am too lazy to sell/trade (black with grey text... Black iridium). I moved on to Dispatch and the addiction has been on ever since.
