Here’s some recent stuff I’ve enjoyed!
“Maglubeh” - Jordanian dish made with chicken. Maglubeh means “upside down”. That’s how it’s cooked. And then literally turned upside down to put on the large siderr (plate).
Korean
Jordanian dish with Koosa (rice and tomato inside hollowed out zucchinis) and Dolmades (rice inside grape leaves)
Arabic coffee. Has sediment at the bottom (which you’re supposed to not drink, dummy!!!)
