Made this coconut flour pancakes. Can't see clearly but I put some chopped pecans and Cocoa nibs inside. Topping with blueberries and coconut shredded
Need to adjust the ingredients to make it more fluffy not easy to cook with coconut flour

I didn't say it was 100% accurate! Maybe it's because of the sweet potato. You should try to remove them next time!
