Zordel Fischzucht Eyachtal
They raise Trout, Salmon and Sturgeon for meet. The trout they serve is boneless. No idea how they do that.

Groceries in that area are 50% higher than any other area to begin with. So tipping the scale a bit want bankrupt the place.
I ate the darn buffalo burger and fries before thinking of a photo…but the Kentucky Bourbon Cake was a better pic anyway!
