Very nice! I'm a big believer in eat what you like, just less (and move more). I don't cook any tofu either, maybe because I don't know how to do it on a BBQ!
My son has recently been very into me taking pictures of his food. He wanted chicken the other night and wanted to go out for noodles at Genghis Grill recently. Last night I made asian pulled pork sandwiches with hoisin BBQ sauce and "asian slaw" with some sake.

I don't buy BBQ sauce off the shelfThe hoisin BBQ sauce, is that just hoisin sauce subbing for BBQ sauce, hoisin sauce mixed with off-the-shelf BBQ sauce, or some other kind of custom concoction?
I don't buy BBQ sauce off the shelf, I make pretty much all of the sauces we use at home. I know what goes into them and then I can tailor it to what I am making. I used hoisin instead of a couple of the regular spices and salt, then used rice wine vinegar and sweet chili sauce to add a little more of the asian flavor.

I think I overheard my wife say she had to buy that stuff to mix into her stuffed mushrooms !??!rice wine vinegar
