Ok, it's all over now. I'm worn out.

Those earlier posts were play-by-play as it happened. But I try to have everything finish at about the same time so it got hectic after that. I didn't get pics of everything going on / coming off, but here's some snapshots:

Did you get anywhere near the 65 people showing up?

It ended up being around 50 people.

I try to cook enough that it's unlikely we'll run out of any particular thing; everybody gets a shot at everything. So I plan on there being leftovers. There weren't as many as I expected; everything got a pretty good ding in it, with the brisket and ribs mostly gone.

Here's an "aftermath" pic of my three Webers that were doing the business. I smoked the brisket, ribs, and brats on the vertical smoker to the right; the gas grill on the left was only used to BBQ the chicken over indirect heat; everything else was grilled on the charcoal grill in the center:

i'll throw my name in the hat too :)

this was last year's July 4th Weekend Gazebo Pig Roast Extravaganza with my car club...

63 people at my house eating, gambling and listening to music :)

we were also sweating our asses off HAHA !!!!!! 97 degrees and 52% humidity....
