My interest in (West) African cuisine was really only triggered by making a Nigerian friend, but I have been interested in it for a while now. I visited Ikoyi when it had 1* - it now has 2 but has stopped doing a vegetarian menu. North African/Maghrebi cuisine has been better known for a long time but it's good to see West African cuisine having its time in the sun too. Both of the London restaurants mentioned have instantly made my shortlist.

One door closes another opens. Black Narrows Brewing closed here on Chincoteague Island yesterday but BlackFin Restaurant opened.

Stopped by to check the menu and stayed for Chorizo Nachos. Superb.
