Same here. I have a couple beer can chicken stands for the grill.

Make a pair of delicious chickens for like $5 each, have enough chicken for a week of sammiches and real cookery.

Sorry i dont have much experience with beer battered chx. It was like shepards pie with guinesses to me. I didnt know that alcohol evaporated during the cooking process til much later in life. I saw a few popeye fans and wanted to point out a new offering. I personally eat there 2-3 times a year.
