Sorry i dont have much experience with beer battered chx. It was like shepards pie with guinesses to me. I didnt know that alcohol evaporated during the cooking process til much later in life. I saw a few popeye fans and wanted to point out a new offering. I personally eat there 2-3 times a year.how can it be beer can chicken when it is battered and fried?
