Sat night was the last night with the in-laws. I mentioned earlier that I was disappointed with how the turkey breast tenderloin came out at last week's party; didn't have the color I was going for. It was one of the favorite things of the FIL's wife that I cooked the last they were here, so I gave it another shot, this time using indirect heat on the charcoal grill instead of the smoker...

Now THAT's what I was going for...

And it was melt-in-your-mouth tender...

No, those are leftover charcoal pieces from last week's party cooking (corn and hotdogs) - I didn't use the charcoal holder then, instead had them loose on the grates.

Normally I'll reuse them next cook but this time I mostly put in fresh stuff to have pieces big enough to burn long enough, needed an hour to cook those tenderloins...
