I don't have one because I've never done it until today. The wife got some kind of spiral slicer to review so I figured I'd try it out and just tossed in what we had. A little oil, garlic, salt, pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, some sweet peppers and parsley. Cooked over medium high heat for some unknown amount of time, not particularly fond of how it cooks in that form. It was good but the cook wasn't as even as it would be if I chopped everything normally.What's your recipe for that? I've got a good one to try...

That's something I always forget to pick up. Need some more shallots in my life.Saute about a TB of diced shallots for 30 secs or so then add the zucchini/squash.
