Hmmm, I've never really experimented with seasoning eggs other than with salt and pepper, though if I scramble them I'll throw in a dash of fish sauce for umami and may scramble them up with other ingredients...

Well I remember that you're allergic to shrimp and have never eaten oysters or scallops, was thinking squid was also on your "no" list... ;)

just never had it in eggs. use it mostly fir marinade in chicken or pork w/citrus.

Yeah pretty much anything that starts (or ends) in a liquidey or blended state, I'll throw in a dash or two. Not to add a noticeable flavor but just to make things a hint more savory...

(desserts excepted, but I typically don't do desserts...)
