I still prefer no cheese on an Egg Salad.

I got one on Rye bread that was good a few weeks ago. Hot day though, and I wanted the sandwich cold (like how I make it). Didn't think a warm egg salad was a thing, but fresh from this restaurant it's a warm sandwich.

Yeah, egg and cheese don't always make good bedfellows. Love a decent cheese omelette but egg sandwich with cheese? I'd pass on that myself.
