So this thread has put on 222 pages since I posted about going to Tian in Vienna in April. Cripes! On Friday, I went to the sister restaurant in Munich. No Michelin star for this one but a similar sort of concept for vegetarian food.

I went for the 6 course menu again (plus the free extras).

I'll just put up some highlights.

Cucumber "caviar" amuse bouche.

Chicory and buttermilk, this was delicious - I usually steer away from chicory because it's so bitter but this was just right.

Black rice, beetroot, Brussels sprouts and green pepper foam. This was really nice too, worked well together surprisingly but could have used a shade less salt.

The cheese course, effectively fancy cheese on toast :)
