Yep, you’d probably term that Chirashizushi with the “toppings” scattered like that.

I did wonder if delicata squash was a synonym for the delica pumpkin I tried recently, but they seem quite different from each other. Worth trying the squash?

Yes - unlike most squashes, with the delicata you can eat the skin. It's quite interesting.

I eat the skin of most squashes. We love to roast cut up squash and root vegetables but taking the skin off is a pain lol
