X-metal demographic question

I’m 42 and never have I seen a pair in the real world with the exception of meeting a few forum members in person. I would say as others have the younger generation just doesn’t know about nor have they been exposed to xmetals. Not their fault just a different generation.

I personally think it more has to do with the fact that people tend not to keep sunglasses for so long & are more into designer frames, such as LV, etc. The most I see people with are Ray Bans (Wayfarers and ClubMasters) and O-Matter Oakleys.

Alas, no. The only “slam dunking” around these parts is Trump’s proposal to relocate the American embassy to Jerusalem..

Finally. Clinton, Bush, and Obama all promised to do it and never did. It's been the capital for like 2000 years so why not?

But really. People over there that mad about it?

Short answer - Yes. They’re kinda mad. Not “launching missiles indiscrimately”-mad or “kidnapping western foreigners”-type mad. Just “protesting and burning tyres so streets near the American embassy in Jordan are shut down” type mad.

It’s complicated because Jerusalem is “shared” between the Palestinian “no man’s land” and Israel. It’s supposed to be “overseen” by Jordan.

Any changes are quite sensitive and 12-14 people have died in Israel over this recent “endorsement” by Trump.

I’m 37 and have been wearing them since 2000. The only time I see anyone else wearing some is two friends from high school that have had them as long as I have.
