X-metal demographic question

40 here and never have seen anyone wearing any X-metal. Just got my first pair over Christmas and now have a 2nd pair and even my Vault here hasn't seen any of the X-metal wondering around.
I do get asked a lot especially when going to the Vault by other Oakley enthusiasts about them and I've always been open to letting them try them on if they are interested.

Funny, I was just at that Round Rock Vault yesterday. Normally I would have worn an x-metal, actually started with a pair of Juliets but instead switched to my Tincan Carbons (no shelf whores). I guess I should have stuck with the Juliets... But really, I've worn x-metals to that Vault and others plenty of times in the past and get acknowledgment of the pair less than 50% of the time. And with staff turnover it's usually fresh faces.

37 here in Nebraska. I got my first pair of R1's in 98 from my cousin for a graduation present, and wore then till about 2002 when I left them in my work truck over night and someone lifted them (which I am still pissed about). I replaced them with an A wire until I could afford another Romeo that eventually got warrantied for a 24k XX in 2004 ( mistake number 2) although the XX is my favorite frame now. Anyways, to shorten a long story since 98 I've seen two other people wearing xmetals, an R2 and a 24k XX.

44, still yet to see anyone out and about wearing an X Metal frame. I started wearing Frogs when I was 17, metals from mid to late 20's I think, started with an XX XM which I still own. My dailys are Titanium Crosshair 1 (Titanium polar), and an X Metal Juliet (bronze polar)

27 here in Hungary.Never seen wearing xmetal style at my age.Spotted 2 older fellas wearing juliet and xx in the wild so im not the only one who knows what is the good quality
None of my friends like the style neither of al my metals i had,everybody told me its kind of bycicle glasses....i always tried to explain the reason why they are so unique ,without any success...
