I bought my first R1 back in 1997 at McCarren Intl Airport in Las Vegas at an Oakley kiosk while waiting for a flight home. I had some money in my pocket and my sister urged me to splurge on a really expensive set of sunglasses. WTH, bought them, put them on, tossed everything in the trash except the MF bag and spare rubbers, and boarded the plane.

Wished I had kept all that stuff I threw away.
