Xmetal Finishes.....can they be removed?

There looks like there is all sorts of types of Flitz, which one did you use? They seem to have a lot of products.

Also was it the white felt pad you used for buffing?

I have 2 more frames "on deck" that I'm holding off on doing anything with. I have a few ideas of things to try but it's extreme.

The one I used was Flitz Metal, Plastic and Fiberglass Polish Paste, it is the original one I think. It is a gray paste and is handy for a load of things.
