Deal that went wrong - paid for sunglasses, didn't receive them - What are my options right now?

It could be if it is I'd be interested in knowing if he wired the money to him. But I don't think so because he said it was a local sale.
Maybe send that member the money to meet the other member and get the watch
 
Hello guys,

A couple of months ago I placed a WTB topic, a fellow forum member (username Zerodosquince) answered with an offer, I accepted and paid immediately (with PP Gift given that we are fellow forum members - I presumed we can trust each other).

It's been over 2 months and I still haven't received the sunglasses; a couple of weeks ago he told me that he will refund me but since then, the respective forum member stopped answering my PMs at all.

What can I do? How can I, at least, leave a negative feedback?

well I asume you already did a claim , but still
as long as I know whenever you send money , you get a confirmation # plus the sellers name
someone got something from him? probably you can get an address
after gathering some info we can send a couple of cats , you know what I'm saying , there is times when you gotta go pulp fiction
