Help ID frames

I need some help to ID what frames these lenses and arms are from. I bought a set of prescription Oakleys in '07 and wore them regularly until around '10 when I backed over them with my motorcycle. For whatever reason, my wife kept what was left of the carnage then, and I recently came across it. I'd like to track down a pair that I can put the lenses in because they are actually still usable. I thought for sure they were straight jackets, but after looking at the different versions and the arms that fit them, these don't see to be the same as any of the different versions.

They look like old style fives...

Wow, you guys are fast. I searched google images for two hours last night and couldn't find them. But I was convinced it was one of the "jackets". Now to track down a decent pair for the swap.
