Frames have a two year warranty from defects and there is no warranty on lenses.

Lenses do have a scratch warranty. But it depends on what coatings you got. Some have a 1 year / 1 time warranty. Some have 2 years / 1 time warranty. But you'll have to check w/ your optician / eye doctor. They don't always use genuine Oakley rx... if you got Shamir or Crizal lenses for example you'll have a 2 year / 2 time warranty.
