2 new purchases, getting big headaches!

I doubt that I have received 2 different pairs of sunglasses, that are both "not correct". Thank you for your reply, but I do not believe that both pairs of sunglasses are defective.
stranger things have happened. I personally dont use polarized lenses but have heard of a hazing effect due to slightly(and way off) polarization. first thing I would check, takes 2 seconds. next would be the base tint- I get headaches from brown bases- just some easy recommendations if it seems that it’s not a frame pressure point. Or maybe its a unicorn farting.

I get it, I was actually going to try the prizm sapphire, in non polarized and see if that helps.

Is it possible that the grey base tint is an issue?

I have a similar issue, no clear headache, but like a blurry brain feeling... Difficult to describe, but thinking about changing my glasses, and for sure won't be polarized

Im not doubting yall, but why would my cheap $20 pair of polarized glasses be just fine, but my $200 pair of polarized Oakley's give me a hard time?
Because your cheap $20 pair is just coloured glass. It is just looking through a dark window, and can cause sun damage to your eyes.

Maybe take them to an Oakley store and compare them to some models with the same lenses in store. If you get a headache that quick you should be able to figure out if it’s yours or that lens.

Just a thought

It happens with the majority of the lenses in store also. I have ordered some replacements through revant and fuse to see if those produce different results.

Update, it seems that non polarized helps a bit, but not fully. I still get slight headaches with Fuse non polarized lenses.
