Airwalk Oakley kitchen sink

So found this and bought it because I couldn’t believe what I saw seems to be a Airwalk/oakley or should I put Oakley/Airwalk , tried my hardest to find out about this and it seems that in around 2000 they did 2/3 bags , the quality is as good just a couple of small differences, additional pictures are of what looks like a Airwalk icon , let me know your knowledge on this please , the buckle even has the o stamped as pictured.
