Are these Oakley watch stands

Hello are these Oakley watch stands. The way I got them was for free at the Oakley store in New York. Not the one on Times Square but the one in the fashion district a few years ago visiting. It’s a few blocks from the Times Square store. I was chatting with the store manager for awhile and talked about store displays. She handed me these and said we don’t use them anymore. They are not marked Oakley.

No I don’t think they’re Oakley. Not bad display stands nonetheless
