Blade versus BLade II (metal band)

Like I said I've never had a problem with any blade metal band. I've have probably 10 different ones over the years both blade 1 and blade 2. I don't see a difference in the bands between them even. Whoever had a problem on o review was probably just a bad pin or friction tube.

Also there's not alot of people that have a caliper around to measure stuff like that accurately so can't exactly be upset if you don't get an answer.

I’ve owned numerous blades and I’ve never had a bracelet clasp issue. Only issue I’ve had is how sharp it is.

Thinking of buying a Blade with a metal band, since the rubber strap on my beloved Blade II is dying. And I want to wear it. On the O-review reviews I read that the Blade I metal band has problems, which are solved in Blade II?

Can anybody enlighten me, should I take a pass on Blade I's ?

Love my carbon Unobtainium ESPN Blade. Good size, and though the crown is against the wrist it is small enough to not cause discomfort, which the MM aways did. My everyday forever watch. Hopefully the unobtainium band holds up until the grave.

It looks like on O review the rubber came out with Blade 2. Blade shows no rubber bands. The Swiss on the dial is Blade 2
