Can anyone repair these?

Hey All,

I have an interesting one here. I have a broken 2005 neon razor blade. I was wondering if it’s possible to repair, and if there’s anyone who could possibly fix these. The arms are broken but the hinge pieces are still in the brow. Once hinge piece rotates but the other is still glued in but could be loosened. Also, one icon cap is missing, not sure how to address that. After that a repaint is in order. Does anyone have any ideas? I have a nice fire lens, and given how cool these are it kills me to get rid of these. Hopefully someone can help!
