As the design of them is bit unique, from what I understand the inner diameter determines what will fit.

If you have metric calipers you can measure the interior insert area for the nose pad. That'll give you a better idea of what other brands might 'fit' as a replacement.

If @cacatman idea of retrofitting a doesn't end up working for your pair, you could try making your own pads and perhaps selling the remains to forum members. You'd make negative impression mold the nose pad in clay, then you'd buy food grade silicone to pour in the molds.
