Read the article, they're doing similarly with other countries that are in lockdown.

Plus, what happens when those in lockdown come out of it? If they haven't been exposed to covid-19 then they don't have immunity, they're just gonna get it then. Are we gonna stay in lockdown for 12+ months while we wait for a vaccine?

Herd immunity is a real thing. We have to find a balance. Protect the at risk groups while we wait for a vaccine for them and everyone else can get on with life. There's no common sense being applied in a broad sweeping lockdown of everyone that wrecks the world's economy!

Sweden is definitely on to something.

You're talking one small percentage of the world. There's far more anecdotal and verifiable stats that suggests immunity. They're not sure for how long, but immunity is built and people aren't getting re-infected. That's typical fake news scare tactics!

Sit huddled up in your house doing as the government tells you to and wait for them to save you. I'd prefer to listen to medicine and science and not fall victim to government bureaucracy.

How does anyone keep an asymptomatic person from spreading the virus they don't even know they have ??

...and don't say "quarantine", because how long will an asymptomatic person have the virus, regardless if they quarantine or not ??

You don't. Carriers are shedding whether they're symptomatic or asymptomatic. The quarantine was intended to keep the hospitals from having to deal with a surge that they couldn't hope to deal with. It was never intended to last 3 months. That's absurd! The virus ain't gonna just go home because we didn't come out to play for a few months. That mfer is creepin in everyone's bushes right now with a michael mask and a big ass knife just waiting to pounce when we do emerge.

Herd immunity needs to be achieved. That ain't gonna happen with everyone cowering under their beds waiting on the government! Sorry, js
