A little about me:

I abhorred wearing sunglasses for decades. My friends even called me Hardcore, for not wearing hats & sunglasses to outdoor events.
This is especially odd, that we lived in The Land of Smiles, where the Sun could just about melt you if you stand in it long enough in April.

Anyway, I finally got onto some Real sunglasses, Polarized contrast-boosting Prizm Heliostat with the Sapphire lens.
Ever since, I have been on a mission to collect all the highest-contrast lens from various brands & it seems there are some out there that are designed for Light Therapy.

Spy+ even claims their Happy-Boost lens will put one in a better mood, but I think this is not exclusive to them, they are just the only ones who advertise it that way.
Spy+ is only one of two I have seen who put a Percentage on their contrast-boost, the other being Fuse Lenses.

What do you think: Does wearing sunglasses improve our temper or soothe our Souls?

I personally think the "rose-tinted spectacles" thing is base in reality, but lately I have been enjoying Amber tints for cloudy day driving.

I prefer amber/bronze as well.

Feels super relaxing to wear them, which could suggest we are spammed by too many screens, lights, ads and ugly colors, and the shade acts as a literal filter.
