I'm looking for some things for my bag/ideas. It's kinda basic throughout. I'll take pics later.

Basic 100ish piece first aid. I'd like a trauma one but have not clue what to get.

32oz naglean water bottle

2 mre and everything but the antre from another

A little misc bag this includes nail clippers, tweezers, zippo flints, zippo fluid, my meds, water tabs, ECT

A bear grills survival thing. Small para frame knife and some misc stuff.

Emergency blankets

Glow stick

Smaugh

And there's probably some other misc stuff I've forgot. Any ideas on extras.

The flints and nail clippers aren’t necessary for a bug out bag. The bear gryls knife is junk, get a good fixed blade like a k-bar or something. Doesn’t have to be expensive. Ammo for sure, maybe a couple mags. What is Smaugh?
