Well I didn't honestly think anyone would acre about the minor details of how Zeiss go about it internally lol. Maybe I was wrong about that. I don't do any of the cutting. Zeiss blanks come over from Germany and are cut and tinted etc. by the glazing house 'they set up' here in the UK.

We kind of do care when you go around telling people that your lenses are Carl Zeiss made, and then they’re not.

It’s mainly because you sold expensive lenses to people on that basis.

But yeah, apart from that, we don’t really care.
