So just a crazy thought. Is it possible to cut a goggle lens down to glasses lenses, or a shield like a Batwolf or Antix?

I know Doc did this once. Ruby Clear for a Jawbreaker. Had to be done with a dremel or something. Curve along the worked but like Frank said, there are other factors in play, like the vertical profile, etc could be off.

It's not something I can do. But there is a seller on eBay named iNew in Hong Kong that could do it... You need higher power equipment to do it right. Or as mentioned previously someone could try with a dremel.

We'll, I think they turned out OK. I cut these this weekend. Prizm Snow HI Pink Iridium

I just used a Dremel with a sanding wheel. It took a bit but i wasn't in a rush. I used a Flight Deck lens. I found the lens is about a third thicker than a standard sun-glass lens so I needed to bevel the edges to get it to seat in the frame.
