Sure - I am in TX. I am also on ebay and her is the link if you guys want to do it through there so there is some purchase protections. I will lower the price to $95 for the service. I have performed alot of these for friends and just sent one to Oklahoma that was just repaired (both hinges). I have an order of hinges coming in mid to end of August so some will be delayed until then but if the order is placed, I can get them tee'd up. Let me know if you guys have any issues or questions. I do not repair the the hinge assembly. I replace them with a more robust hinge that is brand new. the joint is stronger and I lube them with oil for longevity.

Of course. Here is a pewter pair I just worked on alongside the replacement hinge. As long as no prior work to attempt to take the hinge out has been done, I can get the old hinge out and replace them. Had one the other day that was years of water use and it was on there pretty good but managed to get it out. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!
