Just got my matte black MD's back from the pinstriper...wanted a traditional hotrod look, I really like the way they turned out.

Was it all hand-striped by the artist? Any clear coat to help protect it? It's probably harder than it looks to do something so small. Doing a car body or motorcycle tank/fenders/fairings gives you room to steady your hand and lay the lines moving your whole hand to the contours. Doing the MD they have to float and lay the stripe on a difficult surface.

Thanks everyone, I'll try to add a few better pics tomorrow.

Rustpot - They were done by hand but with no clear coat. I plan on waxing in a week or so which should help harden and protect the pinstripes because I plan wearing them.
