How to fix broken scar frames

My brother in law broke his favorite pair of Scar glasses in the blue frame. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to fix them?

The finish isnt that important. Its the frames and style thats important to him.Do you have any suggestions of the best way to repair them? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Look at the link I posted.

Cutting the frame, inserting a piece of a paper clip and applying JB Cold Weld would seem the best option.
