Incorrect label on my XM Juliet box?

According to SKU 04-116, these should be X-Metal / Ruby Iridium. I checked LINEGEAR and OXM serial list and the serial of A30462 does not appear to line up with anything.

Can anyone provide additional information?

Edit: The letter A has no bearing on what the actual serial is.
