Not even close to being a "scam". @OakleyBoss this is more attempts at bullying from @Lopaka KaMars and his gang of supporters. What the OP also claims is trivial and there is no evidence that he did not swap out the lens/glasses either. As you can see from all my pictures, listings, text conversations, he got exactly what was described. It's not like I got paid and never delivered. We've gone in circles over this. I have had to repeat my factual information again and again just to prove my innocence over this small and trivial misdifference that dragonvoi so claims. Again, it's been weeks since we've dealt, off forum. and of which we both agreed to move on. I'm happy to have my photos documented for transparency and clarity.

BTW Did you not sell a 24K in a 3 piece box that had a serial number on it with 2nd gen B at the end? Think I recall when it came up... listed at $400 or something and sold instantly so you cancelled that guy and raised it to $1K and that sold so you cancelled that buyer and relisted it for like $2400?
I get what you are saying about not wanting to receive possibly switched items from a stranger but you kinda got yourself into this taking friends and family payment and then not having the integrity to help your upset customer. Frankly you sold him about a $600 pair of sunglasses. That is what he could get if he tried to resell them today so give him back the difference and mosey on along to your next venture? Will be interesting at least to watch.
No, that is not me. I have owned one 24k XX (no box), and one XM XX. ever. additionally this deal done , was a trade. I always stand by my products and what I sell, but i refuse to receive anything other back than what was sent, if he claims that I sent him a worn pair, that is not what I sent out. A new pair was sent out with no scratches, as pictured, new as described from previous listing, new as confirmed by my pictures and videos. I'm willing to repeat this over and over again. You can review all my feedback to know, I do right by people and haven't had a bad experience yet.
Yeah silly me - I traded him a used xmetal Penny Ruby non-serial. I thought it was a fair trade until I got the XMXX. I have left the whole experience as a write-off and a warning to those who deal with him in the future to learn from my mistake, just how I warned you. I am diverting my time and energy elsewhere.
