Introduce Yourself!

Hello. Wanting to part of the Oakley family. I posted a new thread on sunglasses in which I score a bag full with Oakley’s shades and prescription.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Terry, from Canada, currently residing in Alberta! I have had Prescription Oakley sunglasses since 2003. Love them, but Lens are cracked now, would love to be able to find out what model they are and order new lenses and arm covers.

Hi. Totally new here. Just bought from ebay what I hope is an authentic/OEM front orbital on x-metal x-squared and hoping to build my own. I've had a love affair with Oakley metal sunglasses ever since e-wires came out. I'm here to learn more about custom builds and hopefully start a x-metal collection. I currently own a busted black e-wire 1.0 (broke when I landed on my face snowboarding), a used bronze e-wire 1.0 with really scratched up original lenses stashed away in a box somewhere but replaced them with torch lens from I think a company called revant, a pair of Disobey, a pair of Turbine grey smoke with jade iridium lens that I just snapped after daily use since February, flight deck goggle with prizm rose lens (my favorite snowboarding goggle now), e-frame goggle with torch lens. Most recently I got ripped off and ended up getting knock-off x-squared and romeos. Super bummed about it but decided to sign up with you guys so I have a better chance of finding real ones. That's my story...

Hi,

I’m new member to the forum but have been a long time Oakley fan. My favorites I’ve got say are the Flak 2.0, own 5 pairs, so far lol. This forum is great!

Hello.

I wore Oakley’s back in the late 90’s, my first being some root beer polarized eye jackets, followed by a pair of gold polarized algae fives. Then other brands for a few decades...

Bought some five squared on vacation and I love them. I also found a pair of black gas cans literally washed up on the beach, and a search for replacement lenses brought me here. Now I’m obsessed with Oakley again and enjoying the forum.
