Low ball the crap out of him. It’s missing way to many things. They’ll tell you it’s easy to get replacement and all that jazz but really it’s more of a pain in the ass.

Yes it’s real but not a great price! I got mine for $50 including everything.

I would punt.
I actually wouldnt take that case for free. To get back to 100% is going to be a total investment of around $500

i have a buddy that works in a glass shop so it would take a while but tempered glass would be free.
still i do not want to over pay and ask for favors to get something that would have no recoverable value.
