Just a heads up if you find something for a doner those lenses are going to be quite old and the possibility of them peeling whenever they get cut is pretty good.

If I were to trace with an xacto without any tape, would that allow me to avoid the flaking/peel issue (I've had minimal peel around edges once tape is removed for some)... or do you mean just the stress of cutting the lens is enough to cause it to peel due to age?

I had a Laser Green M Frame lens cut for a Monster Pup. The cut went fine, but upon being put into the set, the lens coating totally fractured.

That’s the major problem with using very old lenses for donors.
