Buying Jawbreaker / encoder / kato with low vlt lens

Hey there. I'm looking for a pair of jawbreakers / kato / encoder with a low vlt lens (around 10-13% vlt) .

Preferably the prizm sapphire or 24k. But other low vlt lenses could work too.
