Purell is just a brand.......any clear hand sanitiser will work.every country in the world has it......well maybe not brazil.i actually use it to clean the rubber when it gets slimy or dirty and it totally evaporates leaving a nice sticky finish again.

I use oakley cleaning fluid no residue, leaves a brand new smell and its oem lol a few sprays inside the earsocks and the earstems slides perrect.
