Not recommended to use our current ear socks for the badman and mad man. Fyi the other day i saw oem earsock for sale on eBay.

so just for shiggles....which model of earsock would be the closest in diameter for my hybrid/janky idea...
the most x metal size or the x squared size?

I know they wont fit as is, but i am fairly confident that between an exacto knife and a heat gun i can make something i can live with, at least temporarily to satisfy my want for something different on my carbon/ruby pair.

post-script- i think my chances are best with the R1 socks. cheap enough gamble. 5-1 odds.

as a matter of fact, there are two ES (ear sock) we sell. One is longer for R1, Mars, Juliet, XX, Penny. and the other one is thicker and shorter for XS.

now if you insist on trying, I like that spirit, but the shape of BD & MM ES are totally different, the latter seem slim and square in diameter,.... so the chance of fitting is very slim. but have a try, just 12$ a pair....

well, here goes. i couldnt create my account on your site any of the 3 times i tried, so i went the ebay route. unfortunately, i couldnt pick up the navy lenses there. there is always next time i guess.

Just want to share a story like I was being shoot in the face but escape unscratched.

Recently bad thing happened (the worst I have known to date), https://www.oakleyforum.com/threads/deal-to-trade.70629/

Same seller (N 2) tried to scam me for an MM X-Raw cost over 1,000 USD, asking to pay via Google Wallet, then when I was firm on using PayPal G&S because I have read this since joining OF (Oakley Buying Guide: Where to Buy, Sell, Trade everything Oakley ) he left the conversation.

Also thanks a ton to one active member whom I consulted right on time; he offered some practical tips.

Just my thought.

First, OF Staff mentioned they do not involved with members' dispute, as noted here Oakley Buying Guide: Where to Buy, Sell, Trade everything Oakley . This also mean they can't just ban people from another member's report. But for this particular case, I could be a second witness (having all my messages as evidence)....so I don't know. Maybe a warning to N 2 before being banned? But again, a bit skeptical if with just another email can't the scammer register a new account again??

Second: OF Staff are not many people and not full time like the giant eBay and PayPal, and not equipped with tool to deal with this kind of dispute. For example eBay & PayPal employ a lot of people with knowledge to deal with these matters.

Third: Transaction Fee are not donated to make OF the same as we paid to eBay and PayPal. So we should not expect a service of that level.
